PZM-9 “Straznik” is a mobile anti-infantry light mech equipped with a dual machine gun, which effectively eliminates infantry groups in open areas and suppresses them for an extended period. It can fire while on the move, allowing it to easily finish off retreating enemies. It poses a threat even to enemy heroes.
However, PZM-9 “Straznik” is less effective against other mechs due to its weak armor damage. At the first veteran level, the “Overdrive” ability becomes available, which temporarily significantly increases the damage of each bullet, enabling the mech to literally turn infantry groups into mincemeat in seconds. However, using this ability renders the mech immobile for a certain period.
The armor of PZM-9 “Straznik” is vulnerable to regular bullets, making it susceptible to significant damage when faced with concentrated infantry, especially from multiple directions. The rear of the mech’s turret is also a weak spot, exposing it to serious damage or even destruction in the event of a targeted attack.
