The development of «Gulay-Gorod» began in response to the need to create a powerful assault platform capable of conducting frontal attacks and providing fire support to allied forces. The name of the mech refers to historical mobile fortresses-Wagenburgs used by Cossacks in the 16th-17th centuries.

The mech is equipped with massive armor and an impressive durability reserve. The main weapon is a long-barreled rapid-fire cannon capable of dealing 65 damage to [[Mechs|light mechs]] and 55 damage to medium and heavy mechs. At the second veteran level, the base weaponry is enhanced: the damage of the rapid-fire cannon increases to 65 against light mechs and to 52 against medium and heavy mechs.
