When positioned behind cover or in buildings, machine gunners become particularly dangerous, forcing enemy infantry to move slowly and take cover. 2025. In the current version of the game, the Saxon Empire cannot directly train machine gunners in barracks. However, any infantryman can become a machine gunner by picking up equipment from a killed machine gunner or from an ammo crate.
