==Equipment==
Grenadiers wear ceremonial uniforms similar to those of the [[Infantry/Saxon Stormtrooper|Stormtroopers]]: dark blue uniforms, leather cuirasses, lacquered boots, and pickelhaubes with the emblem of the Saxon wolf. Distinctive features include additional anti-fragmentation pads on the shoulders and arms, as well as grenade pouches fastened to the chest. Their primary weapon is a submachine gun (MP18 analog), complemented by a fuse for throwing Stielhandgranate-type grenades with a 5-meter radius of destruction.

Like any other infantry unit, Grenadiers can change their infantry class by picking up weapons from the ground.

Grenadiers retain the advantages of Stormtroopers: mobility (15% faster than standard infantry) and dense fire at medium range (up to 30 meters). However, their main feature is grenades, allowing them to attack enemies behind cover. The charge deals 35 damage to infantry and 12 damage to [[Mechs|light armored vehicles]], but requires 12 seconds to reload. They are effective in combination with [[Infantry/Saxon Machine Gunner|machine gun teams]]: while the latter suppress the enemy, Grenadiers bombard positions with grenades, forcing the enemy to retreat.

With an increase in veteran level, the unit gains access to incendiary grenades, creating fire zones with a diameter of 8 meters. However, their vulnerability to attacks by [[mechs]] and artillery requires support from armored vehicles or anti-tank units.

Despite their enhanced equipment, Grenadiers remain vulnerable in close combat and helpless against [[Mechs|medium and heavy armored vehicles]]. Their grenades, although effective against entrenched infantry, have a detonation delay of 1.5 seconds, allowing experienced opponents to dodge the explosion. It is recommended to use them in urban combat, where narrow streets and buildings amplify the impact of explosions.
